Flare was re-founded in 2018 to create an all women’s sportswear and lifestyle brand for active women who want more than just function and fit, they want to incorporate fashion as well into their sport.
Born out of passion for sport, athlete and founder Marsha el-Hage along with fashionista Carla Annunziato who’s pedigree lies in luxury retail fashion, recognised the needs to blend fashion and sport together. They have taken the Flare brand and moved it into an all women sportswear and lifestyle label. Flare creates great fit and fashionable designs for triathlon, cycling, mountain biking and many other sports where women demand performance, quality and style.
Our inspiration behind the designs consider current trends in fashion as well as sport innovation and lifestyle. We focus on the design and cut of the fabrics and we choose patterns that are more flattering and up to date with fashion. We choose colours and patterns of the season with a fresh approach to design. We hope to achieve with Flare affordable choices giving women a fresh look in all the sports she plays.
We strongly feel fashion and sport can be blended with the right designs, colour, comfort and fit. We call this ‘Affordable fashionable fit with Flare‘.
We’ve created a hashtag that you will see across our social media and even some of our products. This is #NeverUnderestimateMe. We think this is what all of our Flare women should feel and heres a few reason why…
– It’s never too late to get inspired to start a business a sport or a heathy life style choice.
– Don’t let age EVER be an excuse.
– Be secure in who we are, what you like and where you want to go.
– Crossroads in life have helped to make us stronger, balanced and more determined to enjoy our life through sport.
Our hashtag #NeverUnderestimateMe embodies everything we believe in at Flare!

Flare Clothing is proud to be a British Brand and we are even fortunate enough to say that we try to manufacture as many of our products in our very own factory in the East Midlands of Great Britain, the original home of textiles. We proudly promote our heritage and work closely with other British and local businesses to promote UK manufacturing and a sustainable approach to fashion that is something very important to us.
